My love for bread feels so validated, you make my carb intake sound poetic

Oh I'm so glad you've rekindled your love for bread... the European bread nations have bread bred (haha) into the soul of their cuisine. I've been on all the diets that say no grain, no bread. And ultimately I always return to it. For me, good bread is so intrinsically human and yet biblical, it has God baked into it. And how can that be bad for you?

I don't think I will eat much bread in Cape Town again though, cos there's nothing there that excites me enormously. The bread here is so exciting! I think for the most part, God is left out of the bread in South Africa (insert laughing emoji). There ARE good bakers and there is good bread, it's just not really that easy to find. You have to make a real effort.

That title is very alluring. I didn't know Suzanne Collins had books beyond the Hunger Games series. Is the audio nicely read?

I'd love to hear your therapist on the topic of swlf-help 😂. That podcast sounds like something I need to check out. Thanks for that info on the Collins ouevre.
